A Note to Foreign Citizens
Foreign citizens may be required to purchase as an SPV company, rather than as an individual, due to foreign ownership rules. Corporate entities, such as SPVs, may more easily qualify for leasing than a traditional mortgage. In some cases, only the physical property must be registered to a corporation, allowing the apartment(s) to be registered to an individual. The Heights Group will gladly assist you with this process.
